Yvette is an Acupuncturist, Shiatsu Practitioner and Yoga Teacher.
She first studied massage when she was 17 years old and this started her fascination with the human body.
Her curious mind lead her to travel the world, learning different forms of massage and other health modalities.
She studied Japanese Acupuncture in Japan and many forms of massage in Thailand, Japan, China and India.
Her keen interest in body movement and body fitness lead her to her yoga practise. She based herself in India for 20 years and has been teaching yoga for 10 years.
Through many injuries and surgeries she has had, she saw the importance of self maintenance and the powerful affects acupuncture has had on her, from the physical to the mental emotional.
This resulted in her returning to Australia to finish her degree in Health Science Acupuncture.
